Outsourcing Is The Fastest Way To Success In IM

I see a lot of people asking questions about outsourcing in the IM business. It seems that newbies are aware of the need to outsource, but unaware of how to do it, or unsure of the methods to go about it properly. Often, they are simply scared to give up any control over their business to another person.

I’m here to tell you that if you want to succeed with your business, it is absolutely critical for you to embrace outsourcing. There is simply no other way to grow your business in a scalable manner if you don’t recruit help.

One geographic location that you can look towards, when outsourcing, is the Philippines. The people speak and write in English, the pay scales are very favorable compared to the developed world, and the results can be very good. This is what I do, personally, and I recommend it.

If you search through some of the online job sites, you’ll notice that it’s quite easy to hire someone full time for about $300 per month. That’s probably similar to what you spend on your cell phone bill and eating dinner out. It’s really not much.

One point of caution: learning how to outsource is not as easy as turning on the TV and flaking out. You need to actively learn how to manage people, train people and communicate with people. It is a skill. But it is a skill that can be learned with some time and dedication. Also, knowing what kinds of tasks are most profitable is important.

For example, let’s say you hire a full time writer for $300 per month. Say that you have that writer create a product review and publish articles pointing to your review. If you pick a private affiliate program paying $100 for an information product sale, then it won’t be long before you are making several sales per month, and this employee’s salary is more than covered.

When you learn the essential steps to hiring and managing other people you can earn big returns on your investment. It doesn’t happen overnight, and you need to work at it. But it’s very real and scalable.

I learned a lot about outsourcing through a system called “Replace Myself”, created by John Jonas. I picked his system because he’s done it before. I realize there are other places to learn, but whatever you decide, simply make sure you learn from others that have experience. Don’t try to figure everything out on your own.
