This Fox News video from Betsy McCaughey of the Hudson Institute digs into the details of competing Obama and Clinton health insurance plans
Their own descriptions:
Clinton Plan: “Universal Coverage”
Obama Plan :”Universal Access”
Neither provides 100% coverage for all Americans.
How they operate:
Clinton Plan: Incentives and penalties for uninsured residents. Individuals MUST purchase an insurance policy or face penalties. Very similar to mandatory auto insurance.
Obama Plan: Subsidized insurance for all that wish to participate.
