Stretches to Increase Height
People who want to be taller will go to any lengths to achieve being it. Perhaps one of the oldest obsessions mankind has besides losing weight is growing taller. Some would go through any kind of growth supplements, experimental treatments or operations that even remotely sounds promising in giving an extra two inches or more to their body height.
The fact still remains that a human being reaches a certain point in his life when he or she stops growing. No growth supplements, therapy or operation can alter that. However, one should not lose hope. There are natural ways to increase your body height and get taller.
A few exercise routine along with certain stretches can enhance your growth. Not only can it make you grow taller but it can make you stronger as well.
Here are some simple height increasing stretches that you can do:
* Cat Stretch- Get on your hands and knees with your back arched. Then with your head tilted dip your back downward and hold that position for at least 5-10 seconds.
* Super Snake Stretch- Have your back on the floor with your arms at your side. Curl your back like a reverse arch and tuck in your chin. Then arch your back lifting your hips still keeping your chin tucked in. Hold yourself in that position for as long as you can or for about 10-20 seconds. Do about five repetition.
* Hamstring Stretch- Sit on the floor or mat with your legs spread far apart. Lean forward and try to touch the tip of your toes without bending your knees. Then lean on each leg separately and repeat. Your breathing is very important when it comes to exercising and stretching. So breath out when you are reaching forward to touch your toes.
* Sprints- Do quick runs either indoors or outdoors. * Kicking- While your standing kick your legs up as high as you can.
* Cycling- Try to do an hour a day either on stationary bicycle or on a regular bicyle around your neighborhood.
* Jumping Jacks- Do 100 jumping jacks for an hour or do two 50 jumping jacks for 30 minutes each.
* Jumping Rope- Jump rope for 30 minutes daily.
* Pull Up Bars- Pull yourself up until your chin touches the top of the bar and hold that position for at least 10 seconds. Do not hang your chin on the bar, it is completely unnecessary and potentially dangerous.
These growing taller stretches are very easy to do and can be done in a short time. Come up with a daily routine and give yourself a few minutes everyday.

Learn About Your Own Powers With A Remote Viewing Test
Remote viewing is the term given to the psychic ability of seeing places, people or objects that you couldn’t ordinarily see with the usual five senses. Although you might not be able to visit a place in the flesh, you can train your psychic ability and learn the remote viewing techniques to see some of the goings on at that location.
Remote viewing is not the same thing as an out of body experience, where the ethereal body leaves the psychical body and travels around in the astral plane of existence. Instead, remote viewing is about using your mind to view places or people from a distance.
Every human on the planet has the ability to unlock the latent powers locked within your mind. Research on non-psychic people has verified that after being taught to transcend into the correct trance-like state, remote viewing test results show positive findings and accurate views of things these people can’t have seen with their physical senses.
You can test your own remote viewing abilities by attempting to look in on people, places and things which you are familiar with or that you are able to call for a confirmation of your results.
Before you begin a remote viewing test, you need to place yourself into a trancelike state where you can communicate with your subconscious easily. You need to be able to relax completely in order to reach this state.
Once you have thoroughly relaxed your body and calmed your mind to the point where it is still yet you remain alert, try to view yourself as you would appear if you were looking at yourself in a mirror placed a couple of feet in front of you. This is one remote viewing test where you will know immediately if you have succeeded.
This is because you’re used to seeing yourself through a mirror, which is a reversed image of yourself. It’s not the true aspect of you that people see every day so you’ll be able to gain a clearer perspective of yourself.
You can also give this remote viewing test a try – view a location that you know very well, such as your office at work or your parent’s kitchen. Look for anything which is not as it should be; dishes left unwashed on the kitchen table, for example.
After finishing your viewing session, you can easily confirm that your viewing has been accurate. This test is helpful in assessing your abilities since verifying your findings is such an easy thing to do.
Most people taking a remote viewing test say that they are able to achieve the proper mental state for remote viewing with a little practice. Many report that the fall asleep on the first couple of attempts. However, it becomes a little easier each time.

Efficiency is Critical
I’ve always been big on the idea of making the most of my time. While I genuinely do enjoy my work, I value my free time even more. After all, I work so hard in order to enjoy the lifestyle that I desire.
I’m always trying to come up with new ways to keep my focus at the highest level possible. Doing this allows me to be far more productive with my time, and I get so much more accomplished this way.
It took me a while to figure out the winning formula, but I’m at a point where my workdays are so much more productive than they’ve ever been. I’ll give you a few pointers that may be of use to you.
First of all, make sure that you get an ample amount of sleep. I know that it may be somewhat out of your control, but getting the right amount of rest at night can be the sole difference between a productive day and a waste of a day for me.
My mind simply isn’t the same if I haven’t slept for at least 6 1/2 hours the night before.
My next suggestion is to exercise regularly. If you can do it every day that you work, I’d go as far as suggesting this. First of all, it definitely helps to keep the mind balanced and at ease.
On a physical level, your energy levels will naturally be higher, making it all a lot easier to do large quantities of work in one sitting. This is crucial, as so many people seem to slow down after a few hours.
I would also recommend listening to some music in the background while you work. Find the right volume and make it commercial free, as you’re really just using it for background noise, which in turn keeps you focused. This works wonders for me and really gets me into the zone.

Frequent Problems When Learning Astral Travel
There are numerous sources available online that discuss just how to do astral projection, but not a whole lot that talk about what not to do. Projection is a delicate process and, as a result of such, the slightest imperfection can ruin the whole routine. If you’re a beginner (and you may be one for years) or even intermediate astral traveler, you should be aware of the things that can hinder your traveling attempts.
Projection does require some degree of relaxation and narrowed consciousness, but it cannot be so lacking that you fall asleep. If you choose to go about a sort of “classic” means of projecting and meditate first, you must remember to maintain enough of your consciousness to concentrate on getting your astral essence out of your mortal body, as well as block out the pre-projection sensations you feel (like vibrations or crackling noises). Basically, you have to learn to put your body to sleep, but keep your mind awake sort of like lucid dreaming.
Another issue astral travelers face is their minds trying to block out any images or feelings they experience while projection occurs. This is due either to fear, lack of familiarity with what is being felt, or a combination of both. It is also a common concern for novice astral voyagers. You must learn to not allow yourself to be frightened or distracted by these sensations; if your concentration on actually escaping your body is interrupted or rerouted to another source, projection will fail.
Finally, you absolutely must learn to be patient. Most people who willingly try to project will not succeed the first time they try, or even the first few times. Everyone has a different level of spiritual power, which means everyone will develop their abilities to project at different paces. Experiencing some botched efforts to astral project does not mean you are a failure or that you have failed at the actual act of projecting.
Projection is like any other skill unless you’re a rare prodigy and can master the ability immediately, it will take practice. Even people who are considered “naturals” (being very good at what they do) take lots of time and practice to get to a point where they are considered proficient. You will need to train quite a bit before you figure out exactly what to do as far as projection, so definitely do not be discouraged if you don’t feel you’ve achieved success. There’s a very good chance you were successful anyway, though not in fully projecting, but in honing your abilities and building toward being able to genuinely leave your body.

Fear Can Make A Moth Seem The Size Of A Bull Elephant, But Now Stephen Richards Reveals How To Shrink Your Fear”
The way we respond to fear is caused by our ‘reptilian brain’. What exactly is this reptilian brain? A few hundred millions years ago we evolved with nothing more than an emotional reaction to fear. All we had to get by on was our lower brain, the biological name for this is the ‘amygdala’, although evolutionists call it the ‘reptilian brain’. Even though we have since developed what is now known as the higher brain, we still use the amygdala when it comes to the basic emotions. Hence the ‘fight’ or ‘flight’ syndrome can kick in at the most awkward of times, all as a result of the amygdala using stored emotions.
We all make quick decisions when cornered, some of these decisions are irrational and afterwards we wonder why we reacted the way we did! What made us do it, why did we have a panic attack and become feared in an irrational way? We use something that is called the ‘emotion of fear’. It is something that is stored within all of us. How do we overcome such irrational fear like public speaking for instance? We have to start by working on changing the stored emotions.
Brainy evolutionists tell us we have had this reptilian brain thing going on for millions of years. This is why we sometimes act irrationally when in a tight spot. When our reptilian brain kicks in we act automatically and without thinking about what we are doing, hence we can become injured while fleeing nothing more than a false reaction. This can be brought on by the most mundane of things.
The reptilian brain sees something and reacts, simple as that. If we are hungry and it sees food it wants it. If it sees a threat it makes you run from it. If it sees an attractive person then it wants a date. There’s nothing flash about it, this is why you react as you do in certain situations. These emotions from past events are stored in your emotional memory bank of the amygdala.
Why is it dire to allow these fear memories into your life? To accept these negative thoughts reinforces the emotion of fear. Accepting the feeling can reinforce it even more at a later stage. Some therapists advise you to accept the feeling of fear so as to nurture your true self. This is unreliable as it causes more emotional memories to be stored in what is known as the lizard brain, and hence your fear is perpetuated.
How do you overcome this and escape being the grip of fear? Self-help guru and best selling author Stephen Richards says, “When fear strikes you it is your lizard brain, scientifically known as the amygdala, which takes over. Your nervous system is flooded with powerful neurochemicals. Hence your senses, such as hearing and vision, become heightened. The amygdala blocks out anything that competes for your awareness, this why the fear grips you so much. Naturally at this stage all of your resources are devoted to keeping you alive. The number one fear is public speaking followed by asking someone out on a date. This is fear of rejection.”
When we freeze with fear it is something that has been brought on by over activity of the amygdala … the lizard brain. When signals from the body are misread by the amygdala it can cause out of place actions. If only you could have stopped that emotion of fear being stored in the first place then you would have been able to prevent it kicking in again at a later date. So we have to get in there and stabilise everything and clear out those memory banks before it gets too big to handle and becomes even more debilitating than it already is.
The very basis of fear stems from a heightened state of anxiety, not unless of course it is a very real life threatening situation and then you need to retain those particular fear emotion memories, as they serve to save your life. So there is good fear and bad fear, now we just need a way to stop the bad fear patterns from being stored or to empty them from the amygdala’s memory banks. Now there is a way to do that, a very clever way that has been designed by top selling self help author and therapist Stephen Richards.
When you are focused on an impending situation you have wrongly construed as ‘dangerous’, like public speaking or going on an aeroplane when you are feared of flying, the body undergoes many changes that prepare it for intense action, albeit this is a falsely activated call to arms. This brings on symptoms like: difficulty in breathing, increased body temperature, localised sweating, decreased motility of the stomach, constrictions in the stomach and intestines, as well as making your hair stand on end.
Once this emotion of fear has been turned on it is difficult for the cortex to turn it off. Fortunately there are methods of reducing fear and inhibiting the fear response. So just how do you go about overcoming these ‘false’ alarms? Well there is something called ‘immersion’ therapy; you are literally thrown into the very situation that brings on the fear within you. Then there is cognitive therapy, you are slowly exposed to what it is you have a fear of.
Perhaps in an effort to overcome this irrational fear you’ve read all the self-help books and listened to all of the hypnosis or subliminal downloads you can handle, and all with little success in eradicating that irrational fear. So what now? One way to overcome your particular fear is to replace some of your negative thoughts (that creates negative feelings) with unmistakable positive thoughts.
So how do you beat the fear in such situations without resorting to hypnosis or subliminal messaging? One of the most powerful ways to do this is now available to the public. International best selling mind power author Stephen Richards has developed a potent way to help you overcome your fear, which is a roadblock of irrational thoughts about uncertain situations that stops you progressing in life.
One of the criteria used by Stephen Richards to create the fix was that it had to get to the very core of the problem, it had to change the stored emotions. Obviously hypnosis was no use as it would take many hours of sessions to be able to give the potency needed. Now by using groundbreaking methods, and in super fast time, this does away with hours of therapy. Needless to say, a lot of the hypnosis products out there for this condition will soon become obsolete.
While many methods of helping you overcome fear claim success, they can involve a great deal of mental effort. Some retraining of the mind, such as hypnotherapy, requires frequent therapy sessions over several weeks. When testing how such an audio CD could do away with the traditional methods of therapy it was found that in less than 30 minutes the main track was able target the core of the problem.
This remarkable up to date method designed by Stephen Richards used in the “Releasing You From Fear CD” is unique because it targets the zone of the amygdala. It totally disarms the harboured memories of the specific fear emotion that is causing you distress. Methods previously used to target this area did not take into account the fear emotion and how your lizard brain reacted in certain trigger situations. Minor obstacles and irritations which were once magnified and a cause of the cycle of fear can now be fixed.
Stephen Richards is a best selling author and self-help guru, who coaches entrepreneurs how to manifest the success that is the natural consequence of living their hearts’ desires with integrity, authenticity, and passion. He has designedthe “Releasing You From Fear CD”. He has helped hundreds of thousands of people through personal and professional transformation.
